Wobble

Banks have been below the standard which we have come to expect recently. Not sure what's happened. Perhaps the flat spell left them flabby and sluggish. They are now just beginning to recover but they still aren't making much of the swell with solid lines crumbling in on lack lustre sand to serve up wobbly lefts and rights that have no steepness and little speed.

On the upside the shorebreak has been showing new levels of evil. Saw more than two people suffer at the hands of a sand monster on the inside. It's poor compensation for the line that leads you to there though.

A long run of South swell throughout the coming week. The whisper in the carpark is that this will be followed by a solid East swell. That'll sort it out.

This little guy rips.

Long waits between the sets meant it was pretty hectic out there.

Skating through the white water.

Another victim of the shore-break

Looks nice but trust me, it was fat.

Some managed to get enough speed up.
