A Bit of an Edge

The wind was into it a bit and water still nipped at the ankles, reminding you that Spring had only just left us. The water was a pepper shaker of dotted garbs; the full suited, shorties and rash vest tops mixed amongst the board shorted and bikinis. Look one way and you'd think you were in Spring, look the other and bare skin revealed Summer is upon us.
