Climber

For an intelligent animal cats aren't that smart when it comes to putting themselves into positions that they subsequently have to get out of. If they played chess they'd be grand masters. At least so long as they only ever had to move forward because retracting their steps doesn't seem to be a life skill they've been equipped with.

This is a friend's cat in such a predicament. In this case though I'm not even sure how she got up there in the first place.
